Development details

The Trade Park was developed in conjunction with the Rex Group, and comprises 10 units totalling circa 40,000 sqft, located on Orbital Park a major industrial and car dealership development in Ashford. This was one of the first park’s to ‘push the boundaries’ in terms of use, not only were traditional trade companies like CEF and Halfords Autocentres accommodated but Bathstore and Carpetright also opened outlets.
