A development undertaken in joint venture with Tarncourt Developoments Ltd with the investment sold to Aberdeen Asset Management. The former electrical store was refurbished and sub-divided into four units with two new units added, total floor extending to 31,500 sqft.

All units were pre-let to national trade and retail companies, including Halfords Autocentres, Screwfix, Formula One Autocentres, J&S Motorcycle Accessories and Toolstation.
